The three Firehall Trails located in Duncan, B.C. are short and sweet. Surrounded by beautiful yellow bushes that flower in April, Emily Williams and Jenn Jackson find airtime and flow on the Homies trail.

The Gnomies trail, just located next to the Homies trail, is just as scenic - with Emily Williams enveloped by the area's famous arbutus trees. This trail is filled with fun berms and progressional jumps that keep you engaged, excited & honest.

Mount Tzouhalem is one of Duncan's most popular riding areas - and for good reason. Whether you are a beginner or an expert you can find classic trails that challenge you that involve steep tech, scenic slabs, flowy berms, and creative wood features. In this image, Jenn Jackson and Emily Williams play on one of Showtime's most exciting wood feature.

Mt. Prevost is known for fostering some of the best riders in the area. Its expert terrain gives way to thrilling technical, steep, rooty, and high speed trails. There are no true climbing trails in this area, so it is best to grab some friends and shuttle to the top of the mountain. At the peak, Jenn Jackson and Emily Williams were able to find some expansive views on the Summit Trail.

Once you have done some work pedalling up to the top of Mount Tzouhalem, one is rewarded with some of the most incredible views of the area. In this image, Emily Williams and Jenn Jackson take in the sunset over Cowichan Bay just off the Rocky Mountain Ridge trail.

If you love berms, look no further. This trail is the definition of type 1 fun. The Double D trail at Mount Tzouhalem boasts at least 34 berms/turns and countless jumps. As you can tell, Jenn Jackson and Emily Williams were having the most fun.
