VANCOUVER, BC May 31, 2019 - Over 2,600 entries were received from over 30 different countries for this year’s weeklong mountain biking prize trip in British Columbia. This year’s lucky winner is Anthony Boussetta from North Vancouver, BC. Anthony has invited his good friend and riding buddy, Blaise Ratcliffe to share this unforgettable adventure.

Anthony was selected among 10 random finalists who had to convince a panel of judges in 500 word or less why they should be the chosen one for this incredible experience. Anthony impressed our judges as a passionate and motivated rider who recently immigrated to Canada from France because of BC’s reputation for mountain biking. Anthony loves riding technical singletrack and can’t wait to explore more trails throughout the province.

This year’s trip will feature a mix of old and new school trails as we explore some lesser known mountain bike destinations including Castlegar, Cranbrook, Invermere, Radium Hotsprings, Kelowna and Merritt. Some of these destinations are better known for their other world class products and experiences but they also happen to have great trails!

The trip will run from June 20-27. Highlights during the trip will be posted on Mountain Biking BC’s Facebook page and Instagram.

Mountain Biking BC would like to express its thanks to everyone that entered the contest and especially to our finalists.
